Slip of the tongue...?

Or maybe a slip of the finger really?

Check out these images i just snapped of the CNN story on today's court decision that shot down the bush administration's illeagal wiretapping:

My my my... Wonder how that typo occured... Because you know, Fox and Snow really don't sound anything like each other. (Link for the uninitiated.)

I wonder how long it will take them to fix it. you can see the time in the corner of the bigger screen shot for reference. Its just interesting is all. More truth comes out accidentally than most people speak intentionally.

In other news, about time someone shot them down.

Check out this quote from the article:
The defendants "are permanently enjoined from directly or indirectly utilizing the Terrorist Surveillance Program in any way, including, but not limited to, conducting warrantless wiretaps of telephone and Internet communications, in contravention of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and Title III," she wrote.

She declared that the program "violates the separation of powers doctrine, the Administrative Procedures Act, the First and Fourth amendments to the United States Constitution, the FISA and Title III."

Her ruling went on to say that "the president of the United States ... has undisputedly violated the Fourth in failing to procure judicial orders."

How about that folks? A sitting president of the United States of America has, in fact, "undisputedly violated" the Fouth Amendment to the Constitution. (Among other violations of course, including violating everything America stands for really)

Can we impeach him now? huh? can we? can we?
