Sooooo.... The billions of dollars of taxpayer money are not enough to rebuild Iraq, huh?
Here is a helpful tip for you folks in the administration:
Start spending our money a bit more wisely in the future. Stop writing blank checks to Haliburton, stop with the tax cuts for the rich, and sit and think about the consequences of your actions once in a while. Please?
